When I opened my eyes this morning, I knew it would be a fun day for Kai Meng but a hectic day for me. After sending Violet to school, I went to try Imbi Market today again and guess what, it OPEN! See, I told you Violet can be jinx at times ;) I even met my aunt Han there as she's regular there as well.
After that, we quickly went to Carrefour Jalan Peel to buy some remaining things for the party and also went to buy the flush pump as my uncle couldn't get the part due to Deepavali and he already thought me how to assemble it. Found it at hardware shop at RM18 and manage to fix it 'tanpa was-was'.
About 11:30am, have to go fetch Violet, collect KM's birthday cake then to Pudu to fetch my mother in law and aunt as they help to prepare the food. In fact, they are my cook for most of my event ;) Their food is good especially the signature dish, Curry Chicken. Then we quickly went home to setup the party. Because my mom lost her wallet yesterday, so I've decided to buy the KFC ... I can understand how it feel when you really lost your wallet.
Due to transportation from mom side, so I've to go out and fetch Chan Fong and grandma and there goes my time again ... Can't really blame them because my younger uncle not free today otherwise I would ask him to help me. Party finall started off at 3:10pm and most of us were already hungry. It was noisy but sometimes it's good to have this once a while. About 4:30pm, we sang 'Happy Birthday' for Kai Meng & Jhing Yee. I feel bad for Jhing Yee because no one really know we're celebrating for her as well as this was a sudden arrangement by my mom.
When Kai Meng was happy and busy unwrapping his presents, she seems got nothing and hope my mom and aunt did gave her something. Of course I later hand over my angpow to her ... my standard 'present' for all my siblings as I've had enough heard complain and critics from them. So I would rather to give money and let them settle it by themselves ... case closed. Here's KM's favourite present of them all :-

After the party ended, again I've to send all of them home, deliver some food to my Aunt Lily as she likes my MIL's curry chicken and agar-agar. Poor she can't join as she need to backup the claypot rice restaurant Pudu and hope she can join next time as KM really like to play with her kids.
I'm dead tired now but seeing KM did enjoy today and slept around 8+pm, I really feel happy for him and I really hope can spend more time with him before he grown up and leave me one day. Also he complained that his lower front tooth is loosing and this tell me he's growing up slowly ... gradually ... silently :(
