After a long, hard and tough day ... it's time to go home. It will be boring if I keep telling the same old grandmother story so might as well talk something different today. Have last minute dinner appointment with friend at NEX Serangoon. Initially I just thought maybe food court or something like that but end up to give a try at Bao Xiang BKT. From the menu, it look quite attractive but seems not much people. I convinced myself maybe it's over dinner time because it's about 9:15pm when I stepped in.
We ordered 2 set of pork ribs, rice, vege, beancurd, you tiao and lettuce. Seeems a lot eh but I can see from other tables that their serving is quite small. Since it's already a tough day might as well reward myself for being such robotics for the past few weeks :(
When the food are served, I feel a bit upset because not only they don't give enough soup but when I call for reload, they only bring a small cup and that's shared by the table! OMG, they are darn STINGY I would say. Soup based is ok (it will be better if the herb taste is stronger) and the rib are quite big. The rest were just so so and nothing much to comment.

Overall, the good is ok but too expensive ... especially compare with what I had at Song Fa. The bill was S$55 and just the rib set is already S$19+. If I were to eat at Song Fa with same amount of dishes, it would be somewhere S$30+. It's ok, at least tried before and next time might not going back again lor ... right? :)
