Thank God It's Friday! Today work seems less busy and have time to go for long lunch. I think this is the furthest lunch ever for me ... Where? Raffles City, right above City Hall MRT station. When we reach the MRT station, there were a group of young ladies wearing striking yellow and red costume promoting detergent. Yes, you heard me right, detergent advertisement. They clean the poles while they were walking across the MRT station. In fact, their costume is very thin and semi transparent and you can actually see their bra and G and colour as well. Nice 'food' ;)
Once reaching Raffles City, we need to wait for Jason because he's servicing MAC counter. Wait a little while but we utilise the time to browse the demo latest Opel Insigna. About S$150k and the car is so solid. Memory adjustable seat and the headlamp will tilt to the direction you turn during night driving to provide better lighting coverage. At a glance, it looks like Beamer too. How I wish ... or a dream ;)
After 10 mins, Jason finally arrive and we went down to have Thai Express for lunch. Not cheap and the food isn't that good. Kinda regret but no choice when you're going in a group. Supposingly more people sharing the bill, the more food you can try with lesser amount to pay but this is opposite. I had green curry rice and Sprite and we share the mango kerabu and deep fried prawn cake ... all these cost mr S$21 for lunch. OMG! Damn sakit hatinya ...
After work, as usual went to VivoCity to settle my dinner and have some window shopping. Things seems norm to me and started to get boring. Today's dinner is ... Hong Thai Hokkien Prawn Noodle, one of my all time favourites which cost me S$4.50. Around 9pm, started my journey to Tg Pagar and this time, I'm going to try out a new exit because all these while, I have to exit from VivoCity mall then walk cross the street then walk to bus station. I remembered I saw there's a MRT exit across the road and this route will be definitely shorter and less hassle.
So I went down to MRT level and start looking the map. I'VE FOUND IT! It's actually the Exit "D" which towards Teluk Blangah and Bus Station 1 & 3. Once exit, I benchmark my time and it's very much faster and easily save 5 mins walk and additional time to wait for 3 traffic lights. Cool and this going to be my new route ;)
Around 10pm, I went into the train and this time, I'm taking upper bunk. A bit tight but still okla. The best thing is, I'm using my new baby to get online and Skype with my kids IN THE TRAIN! Cool experience ... After the call, I'm also using it to write my first blog in the train via laptop, worth investment ;)
As soon as I finishes this blog, I will go watch PPS for my "Princess Arrive" ;)
Alright, good night to you and PPS here I come!
