I thought today will be an easy day or at least less busy than other weekdays but that's not the case for today. Despite of following up some yesterday's tasks and clearing new tickets, I was asked to review all the pending tickets for the whole team and follow with owners one by one and this isn't 20 or 50 but almost 90 tickets.
It's impossible for me to follow up every single so I only follow up on those long pending and no action from the ticket owners and that already 50% of total tickets that we have. Hard work does pay off because not long after I sent those follow up emails, 5 tickets already closed by owner. Hopefully with this, our team tickets will drastically reduced and will show good performance to the management as ITRD4 will be coming soon and we can't let our customers lose confidence to our team.
About 6:30pm, everyone seems left office and I've no idea why because normally there will still a group of people stay late until 9pm. As most of my urgencies were done then better head off to VivoCity for dinner and kill my time as my train will be at 10:30pm. Also went to Toy R Us to survey Lego for Violet and notice both Hagrid's Hut and Hogward Express box size is almost the same but price different by 100% ;)
Once I reached there, went to food court to 'heal' my stomach then to Toy R Us to survey toys for Violet and Kai Meng. Manage to find Hagrid's Hut and Hogwart Express but no price tag and they don't have baffled scanner. Wanted to compare the price with KL but seems can't.
Then armful survey for Kamen Rider arm card reader and price is just slightly cheaper than KL. Better do another round in KLto ensure SG is cheaper so Kai Meng can buy it in SG next week.
About 9:30pm, have to get ready to Tg Pagar and again I used the new route and really much faster than before. Reach Tg Pagar at 9:45pm and the train was already there but the gate still closed. It only open at 10:10pm and seems rather late compare to before but what can we do? Just get your ass moving and find your damn seating.
Besides, today also very pack in train station and really no clue. no public holiday or occasion in both KL and SG, no group tour, no back pack and etc. So I've decided to go in a bit late to avoid the long queue and only check in around 10:20pm. As expected, I done all the procedures and sit on my bed within 5 mins. This is called experience ;)
Better finish this blog and get ready to pass Woodlands Checkpoint soon. Good night!
